It came as a shock to me as the news entailing the Dalai Lama stepping down from his leadership in Tibet. The reason is : OUTDATED. Tibet seems like a quiet place to be as I never have been there. There is nothing going on that does not get the media rolling, nor shocking to be a headline especially a big guy like the Dalai Lama. He has a big following and traveled a lot. Dalai Lama wants change. He wants something new for the tibetans. It is good if whoever takes over will have some respect of the Dalai Lama's legacy. It is sad but change is the reason why his leadership is outdated and change it will be for tibetans in the near future.
One thing is clear: Dalai Lama only wants what is best for the people.
