Recipes: Peanut Butter Cookies
easy peanut butter cookies

Peanut butter cookies are a favourite in my house and probably yours too. While there are a couple of ways to make peanut butter cookies, I prefer to make the easy ones with no flour. But for those of you who enjoy their peanut butter cookies with a few more ingredients I have included the traditional recipe too.

When making the super easy peanut butter cookie recipe you will notice the dough is fairly stick. Lightly flour your hands to form the balls, or flour the spoon if you prefer to scoop the dough on to the pan. If you choose to use a spoon be sure to gently round the top of the cookies for a uniform shape.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Move to racks to continue cooling for another 5 to 10 minutes.
